Need help deciding which TL?
So I finally decided to grow up. I finally realized it's time for me to let go of my GSR. I'm tired always worrying about my car getting stolen or vandalized. I'm posting it up for sale (If anybody is interest in an 94 integra just let me know). I was doing some research and I can't really find which year is the best TL to buy (third gen 04-08). I can't afford the TL-S so that's out of the picture. Just trying to get some feed back on which years are good and pros and cons. Thanks in advance!

Is the trans problem you're talking the 3rd gear slipping?
no it's called automatic trans fails with one of the following
1. you find yourself in 2nd without warning kinda sucks when you are going 70+
2. D5 blinking TCS and ABS lights on and car won't move or stays in 2nd gear
3. lumpy shifting
and the problems affect the cars up to about mid 05 production run

99 tl has 4 speed trans wich is much more reliable than the 5 speed... fyi..mine is on og tranny..120,000 miles..tranny shifts like butter...i know people with almost 200,000 miles on these tranny's with 0 problems,,i got rid of my dc2 for the same reasons..wanted something more grown up...imo civic and integras are for kids..plus the theft factor is way less with a tl..i take mine places i would have never left my dc or eg with no problems..even tho j series swaps are becoming popular now..wich sux
