what tire size for 16" rims

Default what tire size for 16" rims
Thinking about those rotas w/ the polish lip in 16". What tire size should I run on a 02 civic w/ a 1" drop. 40 are too thin, would 50 be good?

1' drop with 16 inch wheels best choice would be 205/40/16 nitto 505

40 is a lil too thin, bent rims galore. try 205/45/16

1. stock: 185/70/14 replaced with : 205/40/16
speedometer is 7.2% too fast
60mph will be 55.7 mph

2. stock: 185/70/14 replaced with : 205/50/16
speedometer is 0.5% too fast
60mph will be 59.7 mph

you want to run 205/45-16 with 16's to keep you odometer correct.

205/50 with 15's
205/45 with 16's
205/40 with 17's
205/35 with 18's

40's are too thin for me. 45 huh? Would 50 be too thick? And also, would I rub if I ran 215/45? Wheel size is 16X7.

Mugen recomends 215/45/16

It just so happens Falken Azenis comes in that size...........and are waiting for me at the tire shop
