Need some help with mini-me headbolts
Hi guys... I'm in the process of buying a 1990 Honda Civic Wagon RT4WD off another board.
The owner did a mini-me swap... D16A6 block with a D16Y8 head. The head gasket is currently blown, although the car is drivable. It burns coolant when driving on the highway or up mountains (higher engine loading situations).
Before winter rolls in, I want to get the HG repaired. I was thinking about using ARP headstuds, but don't know which ones to get, or if I have to mix and match, etc.
If anyone knows, I sure could use some help.
