Hey guys, first post here, and hopefully many more to come. But anyway to the point-

I have a 93 civic d15b7, plane jane. Lately while driving right when i go to take off or when i shift to another gear, my car goes into like a spazz bog. It stops either when i mash the clutch or after a few seconds. I have a feeling it might be something sticking in the trans, but i wanted to get some other opinions before i start replacing my clutch etc etc. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. It could be a couple of things. I had the same problem after I did my swap, it turned out to be the pcv valve. Do you have any CEL?

 

Naw it's not throwing any codes.

 

How old are the plugs, wires, cap and rotor? Is the ignition timing set to spec?

 

Everything is fairly new, within a year or so. And yeah it is, I haven't messed with anything like that. It just starting happening within the past month or so. The problem also happens if i try and give it more gas in 5th but it seems like it happens only in fifth, i'll be cruising at like 60ish and go to give it some more gas to speed up or whatever and it'll bog for a sec then start to speed up.
