Default Honda at US Nationals

I know some of you don't care but at least someone is there with a Honda. Hopefully someone will post pictures.

Right Lane: Richard Barga Runs 7.211/191.76/-0.559, Now #4
CC/AT Index: 7.77
Barga is in an 09 Accord, which looks something like a Pontiac G6 in race car trim. The turbo pops once as he leaves but doesn't sound like World War III on the chip like a lot of turbo cars do. Or maybe I just can't hear the four banger.

Looks like Barga is #19 after Q2.

Garlits didnt make the field, cut off was -1.016, he only went .868 under his index.

@.559 under Barga should be in the field.

Did you see the number of cars in the classes. 179 cars in SS , 21 hemi cars in one place.

I think they're still in qualifying, They should have 4 rounds, so I'm guessing he has two more shots.

I was just there today, they are done. He lost first round, we had a car in his class, another drag pak car, which is the only reason I was actually paying attention.

NHRA is just really slow updating these times. I'm sure they'll be on it once the pro cars start running though...haha

It is pretty awesome being able to help/hang out with the drag pak car (who was the fastest drag pak car there ), and a couple of HEMI Superstockers (Silver Bullet and Super Cuda)!!!.

yeah i saw all those cars...just for one class. Crazy.

I just never understood why NHRA wouldnt just let the import run as a series within their series at selected events. yeah, i know, they have all the stock and comp classes....

He lost to Fletcher...which is a machine. When is the last time you cut a .007 light and still lose? Haha.

Every car, not just the 128, make the class eliminations.
