Default B18B OBD2 Valve Cover OBD1 Engine

I got an OBD1 engine and just picked up the OBD2 valve cover because it looks better. Dont know what to do with the PCV hole on the valve cover so I decide to use it. Only problem is the OBD1 PCV is connected inline with the vacuum port on the intake manifold to the black box on the back of the engine. My idea was to get the OBD2 PCV and put it in the valve cover and run the vacuum tube from the intake manifold to it, and just plug up the hold on the black box. Will this cause any problems plugging up the black box and running the PCV this way? What will be the best way to do it?
