For $130.00 Shipped you can get all 4 Top Hats Brand New in Box. It's the exact same thing as the Ground Controls. I have 2 Sets of Ground Controls and 2 Sets of these, so I am speaking from first hand experience.

It comes with all hardware and bump stops
Dont worry about the fact that it states 92-95 Civic in the titles, he did that for listings purposes. They'll fit any 88-00 Civic, 93-97 Del Sol and 90-01 Integra.
