I just bought a car that had a semi-built LSV in it. Taking it apart to do a B20V setup. The head has springs and retainers in it, and I was told it had cams also. But no idea what they are if they are stock or not. The intake cam has an X on one side and a 2 on the other in the middle of the cam. The exhaust only has an X in the middle. There is nothing written on the ends of the cams?? If anyone can help figure out what kind they are please let me know.

well you can measure the cam lobes to find lift and duration with a micrometer if you have acess to one. i cant see in your pics post up the ends of the cams. not just the butt ends
