Ok so i bought this 2000 DX hatch with a semi-freshly swapped H22a4 and i am having all kinds of problems with this thing... The axles and intermediate shaft are wrong for sure but i cant get through tennessee emmisions with it. When they hook it up to the computer it says that it cant read the OBD? what is the right ECU for this car and motor? it has a P13 and i thing thats right but for some reason it has a jumper harness on it? Vtec wont roll on at all and it is idling at around 1000-1200 RPMs? and help would be greatly appriciated!!! love the site too guys great job!!!

 

you nee a obd2 ecu and how do u know the axles and intermediate shaft are wrong

 

h22a4 what year is that motor from?

 

ur car is obd2b as a reminder i believe. there is obd2a and obd2b

 

I know that the alxes and intermediate shaft are wrong because they are binding and im getting alot of vibration... we took them out and measured them and all of the measurements are off. I know now that the pass. side axle should be from a 90-91 Teg. the inter shaft should be from a 90-93 5-speed accord. and a 90-91 teg axle for the drivers side as well... so what ECU # should i have? its a p13 but it has a jumper. should i try to remove the jumper harness?
