94 civic a/c compressor clutch..on and off

94 civic a/c compressor clutch..on and off
My clutch on my a/c engages for maybe 5 seconds and turn off for about 5 seconds then it turn back on and stays on for about 30 seconds...and time varies...is it something wrong with my clutch??

thanks man. I will check the fuse and relays and see if it faulty.. anyone know what number fuse is it so I can locate it .
