pretty sure you have to ditch the oem ecu and run a standalone like AEM EMS.

not true. get a JDM ECU and that will not have an immobilizer.

or use the s2000 ignition ring/ECU/key

So the JDM ECU doesn't use the immobilizer??

I forgot to tell that my car is in Honduras, and there is nobody with tune skills, so thats way i'm looking for a OEM ECU, so the car can run with any problems..

Very wrong.

I'm using the STOCK ecu in my AE86 F20c with the immobilizer removed, the only down side is that you will have a check engine light (from the air pump/seconday air injection).

Don't get me wrong,if you can get or afford an AEM EMS go for it.

If you need help with the stock ecu let me know , I could get it done for you (pm me for a price)

Good luck with the project , it will be a blast to drive with that motor. Have fun

just remove the immobilizer board from the ecu, you will have a cel for internal component failure but it dosnt hurt anything

I love AE86, I wish i had one for this project, my car is the same suspension as the AE86, and the rear deff is from a GTS, with a TRD 2 way LSD, and the final Drive is a very hard to find 5.12 TRD also... And just to add one more thing to all of this, my car used to weight 1700 pounds with the driver inside and full rollcage that was when it had the 4AG 20 valves..
