I have a 94 civic autotech w/ a new high performance rebuild converter. I finished installing it about couple months ago. When i shifted to d1 and d2 it work fine, but when i shift to d3 and d4 the gears the car goes, but won't shift. It will go up to redline w/out shifting gear. Can this be the torque converter fault? Plus tranny oils are new and cable to tranny is hook. Can it also be shift cable ?
