Default Jdm d15b mini me

I have a obd1 vtec d15b and was talking to a friend and he said I should put a y8 head on mine and have a mini me swap. Now I don't know if it would be worth it like would I have to change dizzys or anything else?

Don't do it. D15b motors are good enough as they are. If you want to do a mini me swap find a 1.6 bottom end and go from there. Look up some compression calculators online. Then you could see how much that head swap isnt going to help you...

Not to mention that you would be putting an obd2 head in a obd1 car. A z6 head is just about the same thing but obd1.

^ yeah, never mind the extra rpms, and the extra hp of a vtec head. you don't have to convert to obd2. keep it obd1. look in the faq for info on a mini me. its been covered tons of times.
