I have had my transaxle seal on the passenger side replaced three times and it still leaks. All three times were by certified mechanics and the last time was at honda. Please help, this is frustrating the crap out of me. Thanks very much

 

the surface is possibly scratched and damaged from the first time it was removed, causing it to leak from then on..

You might have a differential going out, very common if you have a axle leak and the axle seal does not fix it. The differential is getting worn so it moves more than it should and then the axle also moves more causing the fluid to come out of the seal...Sorry to tell you but I do believe that the diff is going out. I am a certified Honda tech and have been for over 11 years now.

 

^^^wat he said same thing happend to me replaced my axle seal and it was still leaking later to find out it was my axle that was bad
