Hi i just bought a 91 civic with driver or passenger no seat belts and i just bought a pair of OEM 90 civic seat belts. I want to install them, but how do i get past the panels and how do i install them correctly? pictures would be greatly appreciated thankss

 

try looking at some online parts diagrams they're very helpfull try www.hondapartscheap.com or look in the faqs for free online manuals.
Once you figure out where everything is, torque the nuts holding the belts on to 23 lb-ft as well as the shoulder belt bracket(23 lb-ft and uses a torx t40 bit) and the "belt guide" to 7 lb-ft , all these numbers are out of the official helm manual. thats all I got, good luck.
