Stock no, if its built it will be more reliable depending on how you drive, and how well built it is, how big is the turbo? I know that I can drive my car w/o boosting while daily driving around town due to the size of turbo, so it's basically N/A.

You need to find out more information about the engine itself, whats it tuned with?

So didn't my stock sohc. If you are buying into a already turboed car, you need to look into it very well. Who built it, who tuned it. Is it stock internals if not what is used. Just trying to help the OP out.

The turbo will say on it who made it. Either garret or some other company.

Looks like a revhard turbo kit, which they use their own brand turbo. But tbh I could be wrong they all look similar.

It looks like it says max speed on that intake pipe? I don't know tbh.

Spa makes a kit for a D17 it couldn't be since the exhaust bolt pattern do not line up .

Ask him about the internals, cpu managment, fuel ect.. I wouldn't trade unless it is a properly built engine.
