Will i have to replace my integra axels to solve steering or turning issues?
I will admit that i have sort of pushed this car to close its limits when taking those circle like exits on the highway. Typical speed i went was 43 mph, now i got at 37mph. Steering the car and then accelarating, i can sense that something in the wheel bay on the left front side of the car is rubbing against something. Also when going in a straight line i have to place "pay" more attention to the steering wheel.
I was wondering how this problem can be precisely overcomed?

There are a whole lot of possible causes to this - everything from wrong-sized tires, to a car that has been lowered too much, to a bent suspension component (e.g. control arm), to a bad alignment, to blown shocks/springs, etc. And it's probably NOT the axles.
Check the tire size (should be 185/65-14, 195/60-14, 195/55-15, 205/50-15, 205/45-16, 215/45-16, or 205/40-17). Otherwise, put it up on a lift, have someone who is good with suspensions take a good look at all the suspension components, look for where it's rubbing (you can usually see where something is worn down), check the alignment on an alignment rack, and then go from there.
