GRS Motorsports had a In Car Camera in that Machine so.. stay tuned !
You guy's are going to have to start posting video's of cars that run straight down there.
I'm beginning to wonder if the track is that bad or just the cars are that unsafe.
Nice to see the stands full of people, to bad we can't do that here.
Keep those video's coming, you guy's are the best, well NYCE1s are the best, too, lol

The race track was in good conditions, i believe the problem was a broken axle. The pair before TR Machine Shop and Elliot's Mirage was Jose "P-PO Tech" Besosa in the Red Star Civic Hatch and Carlos Laureano in the Mazda RX-7 "El Ladrillo". P-Po ran 9.40 @ 152 MPH straight like an arrow. Click Here to see the video.
The stands were full, both sides. even thou it was a Monday event, yeah Monday night racing.
If you want us to post videos of cars running straight we could flood this Drag Racing forums of videos J/K since in PR there's Racing Every Day and GRS is always recording

Thanks for explaining, I realize that for every one the spins there are lots more that run straight.
That blue HR hatch and white CRX are very cool. Keep the video's coming.
OK the white hatch in the click here is awesome too.
Also jealous that you guy's get that much racing in.
take a little of the pre-load off of the bars and that wont happen. It seems as though the back of the car gets loose on the shift due to the bars being to "loaded".
I been to PR for my vacation and I had to check out Salinas raceway. These guys love to race. Thumbs up to the GRS crew. They were there everyday recording when I went to the track.
broke an axle on a rwd vehicle with a welded diff once on the street.
luckily it was during a drift so i did'nt die
on the bright side, i could drive it home...
just have to be carefull on the ON/OFF throttle on the highway
would hate for it to happen at the strip
much respect for the save and much luck it did'nt happen at 100mph+
