I have used the HCP mounts in many hatches and integras, and mine never looked crooked like yours. When you did the passenger side modifications to the mount, did you do it correctly? Yours looks quite off.
BTW i only use HCP mounts when i do swaps as they are my favorite kit for the money. However something seems wrong with his.

Didn't get to go, my friends car blew his powersteering hose so I was pretty much still here for the whole weekend.
Greddy header modified to fit the 98 engine.
And remember guys that the car was jacked up on a slant. The HCP mounts does allow the engine to sit slanted backwards towards the firewall just like in its stock form, however I do think it sits too close to the firewall as there is no room to do anything back there once the motor is in.. And it does have a slight horizontal slant on the drivers side, but the motor used to sit like that in my Accord as well. I will post pictures of that later on today.. It is however vertically level on both sides..

And dont worry about the looks. The reason why its all bare now is because I am doing some deep cleaning and hope to paint the internals to black from its stock Palmy blue color..
Everything was done straight to spec. I had a couple of issues with the back mount and its design but I cannot really complain for the price of it all and I spoke to a few people at HCP about it..
The tranny side bracket is an easy modification and all it needs is a redrilling of the second pilot hole on the mount and cutting off the excess on the bracket so that the the shift linkage assembly can move freely. Newman had said that he didnt have to do any cutting for his engine to fit in but I could see now way I could avoid that..
