RPM lead signal

I have a 99 civic ex with a obd1 gsr swap running a obd1 p72.
The motor is in the car and runs correctly however I continue to throw the ignition output signal, which I believe has something to do with the RPM lead not being wired in from the distributor. I have swapped to a 98 civic distributor plug(large 10 pin) but have not a clue where to run the wire on the ECU side.
Im going to have to run the wire into my conversion harness since the OBD2B engine harness will not have the pin for the RPM lead. So if anyone can inform me on which pin coming off the ecu is the source of the RPM lead that will be greatly appreciated.

No,I just assumed it was because the RPM lead signal coming out of the distributor is not wired to anything. The tach works properly and all is good but I threw code 15.

Now that I have the larger obd2a plug on my EWH there is nothing ran to it since my EWH does not have a RPM lead signal coming from the ecu.
