brakes not catching please help!
Hello everyone.. I tried bleeding my brakes on a 92 accord and started with the front driver side. I bled it all the way til no fluid was coming out ( i believe i bled it too much).. and after words i tried testing the brakes and it would not stick. Can someone guide me on what to do now? Thank you in advance.
ps. during the time of bleeding, the fluid inside the reservoir has not moved a bit.

Is this correct?
If this is correct, you (as you mentioned) may have actually filled the majority of the system with air, rather than brake fluid.
Under no circumstances should the brake reservoir be allowed to run dry during the bleeding proceedure.
At the very minimum, I would suggest having it re-bled.
You can attempt it again, but I'd suggest having a shop do it.
Once they get the fluid issue sorted out, pay particular attention to the Master cylinder.
You failed to mention what the original condition was that warranted the bleed, but if it was issues with either a low, dropping pedal, or a leak; you may have internal issues in the M/C.
P
there is some braking action when i push the pedal all the way to the floor. Also when i bled the driver side til there was no fluid coming out, the reservoir was still filled with fluid. So i'm not sure if the fluid is getting any circulation or not.
