...with two bad cylinders? I'm not sure if it is 96 spec or 98 spec, yet. what would u guys offer somebody for a b18c block w/ two bad cylinders? I plan to buy this and rebuild it during the winter.

i assume he is talking about one of the cylinder walls...is this expensive to fix?

I'm going to try to repair that and sleeve it, replace the rods and pistons etc..i've got a b16 head i'm going to port then bolt onto it. any suggestions as to what I should do with this block if I were to acquire it? what the hell is this thing worth lol..

"its a obd1 jdm gsr motor, i know for a fact it says p72 which indicates it is a gsr"

so i guess its a jdm gsr..what is a broken jdm gsr block worth?

 

btw i want to run a decent amount of boost in the future...

 

Why not just buy a sleeved block and save alot of work?

 

its not very easy for me to find one, but that is what i wanted to do originally...

i want to buy one within distance of picking it up. i've been searching the past two weeks, this is the 2nd best i have found..i almost had a benson sleeved type r block w/ crank for 550 but it sold yesterday.
