locking nut wont budge

grab the other nut (lol, i just realised what i wrote...) with the wrench, one has dimples in it and will not move when up against the throttle bracket. grab the other nut? lmfao...

move the other nut (there are 2) one of them is against the bracket, which has little "locks" dimples that prevents the nut from turning. turn the other one, and make sure you are going the correct way.
