No the plugs the are by the firewall will not plug into the EF's underdash harness.
You will either have to find a DA underdash and replace the whole thing, or find a MPFI Si harness to plug into your underdash.
This is assuming that your car is an Si, if it's a Dx converted to MPFI then you will need a DX engine harness.
