I was coming back from a road trip and my buddy rolled down the window and now it wont go back up. i checked the fuses and it all looks to be good. anyone have this problem before? it is on a 2001 civic coupe. thanks.

 

check the master button on the driver side, it might've been pressed accidentally.

The motor is probably burned out.

 

Easy to check, remove door panel, apply 12 volts to motor harness, if does not work an easy diagnosis. If works check too see if power getting to harness/motor connector harness when switch activated. There is a power window control unit in the drivers side switch assembly, the relay is built into your fuse/multiplex box, could even be something such as a damaged harness, domestic cars used to have to harness fray from drivers door opening and closing.
