i need it so i can run the oil cooler on the back of my block, if you have the hoses that would be cool.
please dont try and hose me on this, they go 30 dollars brand new from hondaautomotiveparts.com, they just take so long to ship stuff sometimes

well, its a type r block, says b18c5 and it came with the cooler on hte back with out the water tube and i noticed that my ls one will not work...so i cant be 100% sure

 

i looked up an 01 type r on acuraautomotiveparts and it shows the water tube with another 5/8 fitting closer to the water pump so i am assuming that is what i need

 

Yes you need a type R unit, as they are different than the GSR units
