Post Wiseco Pistons H22A

Building an h22a starting with the block and moving up.
block is getting sleeved here shortly, just looking into what pistons to get

Im looking to run a high compression motor with a direct port nitrous shot (~150 shot), built top and bottom end.
(head = new valvtrain, crower stage 2or3 na cams???, ported/polished, etc etc)

I want to keep the stock bore (87mm) and stock rods.

looking at the wiseco 11.5:1 pistons. anyone with experience with these?
will they hold up to nitrous? and high rpms?
looking for all suggestions here good and bad, still in the beginning stages of this new motor

The Wisecos come with more features off the shelf than the CPs do. They come with moly coated strutted skirts and offset wrist pins if I'm not mistaken. CP would charge extra. CP makes very nice pistons as well. (I have a set in my current project) It just seems like you get more for your money with the Wisecos

Sleeving will be a must for dependability when spraying nitrous.

IMO anyway.

Personally I'm going to be running some arias pistons in my H, i think you'll want to go with a bigger dome piston if you really plan to run crower 3's, i ran them with some 12.1:1 pistons at altitude (which amounts to about 11.1:1) and they really didnt make power until about 7.

ive been looking and cant really find any pistons higher than an 11.5
any ideas on who makes some good ones around 12.5-13?
and if i decide to go crower 2's is 11.5 going to be high enough?

11.5 would be could for nitrous anything higher than that on a big Nitrous shot would require race gas.

Good lUck
