when im driving the car shakes like i have a bad tire but when i push in the clutch while rolling the car coasts smooth and quite. could this be a bad clutch or flywheel? thanks
could be a few things
the stupidest thing to check would be ur lugs make sure they are all tight. Could also be mounts like the above post stated also depending on the shake could be the throw out bearing.

these guys are both right, i had the exact same prob and ALL FOUR mounts were bad, every single one was completely destroyed, the easiest way to find out is look just to the right of the timing belt cover that mount is easy to see if there is any splitting of the inside of the mount from the outside

when im parked the car idles perfect but when i give it gas it seens to shake big time. i also have a clunking sound i cant solve. i replaced both inner and outer tie rods, half shaft, lower ball joints and still same thing. now it feels like major vibration when im in gear. it vibrats my fingers kinda numb from how bad it shakes. not good. i will check the mounts.
i dont know about the throwout bearing^ im experiencing throwout bearing issues right now and my car doesnt really shake, it makes a ratteling noise.. i would say check the mounts.

axles are new. could the flywheel be unbalanced? what about the diferential? could driving for almost a year with bad axles destroy i? when taking off from a stand still i feel a knock knock knock in my suspension. almost the way you feel a bad axle in your pedals when turning. im losing it guys. im on the brink of ordering an ebay cluth and lightweight flywheel. (already researched both and they seem to be good)also an obx lsd and rebuild it.
well i would wait on the flywheel since its bolted to the engine not tranny so it shouldnt change when you push in the clutch
definately lift up your hood and rev your engine from the throttle body. watch your mounts and see if you can see the rubber pulling apart or the engine jumping front/back.
or start it and let out the clutch in gear with the brakes on and see how much the engine moves around

I had the opposite problem with my B16. The release fork broke on one side and when released the release spring would jam. It was so bad that it would stall the car when I pushed in the clutch and was hard to turn over (starting with clutch safety switch)

had this problem on my old 95' integra, i had 2 worn mounts and the engine would kick the firewall if i shifted too quickly.
i would say mounts would be your best bet for solving this problem .. check them out!! and replace if needed!

i turned on the car and put it in 1st gear. as i let the clutch out with my brakes pressed, i hear the clank sound bad. as soon as the clutch grabs it hits.
i will assume its the mounts. now, with that being said. what mounts should i get? hasport? is there another cheaper, proven mount? i will search this and report back.
is the bushing coming apart in the mount? you can always get prothane and just install the new bushing in, i believe autozone sell cheap mounts search the online web inventory.

after much searching i think im going to buy the oem mounts or an off brand equall to them. any suggestions?
DC2uNer, have you used the inserts? i read that energy suspension inserts make the car vibrate bad at idle. if it was a track car i would do it but its my daily and my car already vibrates.(205-40-17's)

had a flywheel come loose once that did this. pushing the clutch in cured it since it pressed it back against the motor. very hard to pinpoint without video
the other obvious is motor mounts. the second the engine is under load if you have a bad mount you get what you're describing.

i'm a big fan of red threadlock on flywheel bolts. just have seen too many come loose without it. greasy threads that are hogged out a little never last
