Default time for change...

Ive had some c8's in bronze on about 4 hondas so far and i finally wanted to change it up.i had a friend polish his black slips and they turned out so nice so i am polishing myne now.heres some pics of it just stripped down.i have to take them off the car yet and sand and polish but just havent had the time yet.soon il post up the pics of them polished but here it is for now.let me kno what you think!

Looks good, but you're gonna want to clearcoat/ clear powdercoat/ Zoopseal those things before they oxidize. I bet they're getting some hard water spots and oxidation from sitting out int he rain like that.

And 2, you're a brave soul using aircraft remover on wheels, mounted on tires, mounted on a car. I'm surprised you didn't eat through the bead or something.

i think thats hose water, and agreed on using the aircraft paint remover

yea it was the hose,i was very carefull when applying it to the wheels and took my time cleaning it off so it wouldnt spread or get on the tire or the car..i cant wait to polish them till they are mirror face...and i will try to find a way to clear them so i wont have to polish them all the time. new pics of them polished soon..

Use the thread in the wheel/tire forum on wheel polishing, it is some work but it comes out great.

i have heliums and was wondering what they'd look like polished, or if you can even polish them?
