recheck the wiring. If you're sure the wiring is good, check the dizzy on another known working engine.

yeah, i did all that, wiring is good so far i know of, i switch that white wire back and forward, dizzy is good. but i am not sure the angle of the dizzy, i thought the single cam doesn't sit the same with single cam. so i thinking i have the dizzy too far turn out. may be not. i know its a common problem. just try to remeber what it was.

Umm...What?

The motor should start regardless of where the ignition timing(distributor) is set, assuming you are using the correct motor/dizzy combo.

I would start by checking all of your wiring.

is a single vtec, using si dizzy, using obd0 wiring, and pr3 ecu. i just not getting any spark.
well is not timing part, i just wonder the dizzy is turn too much like 90 degree. but i thought so to, it should have some spark. miss fire or something. someone screw him on wiring, and took his money never finish it. i just trying to get him going. so finding what the hell that guy did. be pretty hard. i check all the wiring, i think no.1 and no.3 injector are switch, but still would get spark. i not getting any spark at all.
