b16a 88 crx lots of problems
ok so my brother got a jdm b16a and put it on his 88crx it was running good but now the car does not want to turn on, ill try to make this short but please let me know if you need exact details.
so my brother and his mechanic where messing with the vacuum diagram cause the crx started to "bog out" as my brother says, they messed with the hoses and still nothing so we found out that the wiring has 2 o2 sensors but he can only plug one in, but now the car does not start anymore they also figured out some of the wires(vtec solenoid,o2 sensor) were connected to stuff they should not be connected to(fixed now), and also the ecu does not flash the red light anymore but this after they started rewiring stuff and after the car would not start anymore.
is there a possibility they burned out the ecu and if anyone has any ideas on the problems could be can you please help out even if they are links i will take them and read if it answers the problems. its a p30 ecu. yes we did google but still nothing we also printed out a lot of stuff with diagrams to try but still nothing good please help

When you turn your key to IGN 2, the ECU should flash. If it doesn't, or it gives you a solid cell then i would try another ECU.
If the car was bogging out, i would be checking for vacuum leaks from the intake manifold, and checking the map sensor has the correct plug attached to it, and is properly connected to the IM.
