hello fellow H-T members

I hope this thread makes sense. I'm "a bit" drunk, coming back from a wedding, but i'm looking for some imput for my brother's 94 coupe EX-R

His GF drove him home since he was too smashed. When i joined him home (me dad drove), he showed me a problem i cannot comprehend at the moment..(i may be out of order for a few hours..)

He owns a 1994 Accord EX-R with h22 swap, and tonight, when he parked the car, key off the ignition, DRL's were still on (canadian model), and with the key off the ignition, he could still turn on the fan, etc. What could cause this to happen?

sorry, i'm too wasted to figure out wiring diagrams.. for the moment we disconnected the battery ground.. but i would like to find an answer soon..will check it out tomorrow when i'm fresh and clean hehe

Probably a bad ignition switch.
