1990 EF2 Civic sedan QUESTION??????????

The smaller radiator that sits at the very bottom of the bumper in front of the main radiator. What is it for and what is it connected to? And do I necessarily need it?

That one is for power steering.

Naw not that one. It sits right in front of the regular radiator.
