i have a 89 ef9 with an 93 ls,its obd0 the problem its giving me is that it sputters when i start takin off but after 4,000rpm go goes really good anybody no's what the problem just let me know cause i gave up lol please & thank you

Sounds like you need a tune up. Plugs,wires,Cap,Rotor and Fuel Fitler try that. Both Of you.

 

after tune up check ignition timing.
