Brake Light Prob

Default Brake Light Prob

almost everytime I get on the gas hard my brake light lights up till I shift, anybody have a clue, i've got brand new master cylinder and pads, and resurfaced rotors

maybe your foot is too far over and your shoe is hitting the brake as well as the gas? that might not be the problem but it might be something worth paying attention to.

they had to refill the fluid when they put the new master cylinder in, and this is a new prob so i don't think it is the pedal thing especially since i drive bare foot

if this problem began after u got that work done. i would go back and have them re-check what they did. maybe they didnt bleed the brakes all the way and some air pockets got trapped.

BAREFOOT?!? LOL! whatever floats your boat i guess...

I sorta agree... I would take it back to them and tell them about it or call them and ask what could cause it... If they dont know have them look at what they did...
