1991 Honda Civic DX Sedan for only $9500!
I'm selling my car for two reasons: 1) I'm trying to buy a house, and 2) I didn't make it into Phaze2 lol
$9,500 WITH WHEELS/TIRES*
or
$6,000 WITHOUT WHEELS/TIRES*
or
$3,800 FOR WHEELS/TIRES ONLY* (will part out only if car sells)
*The prices are firm! If you know you can't afford this, please stop reading my thread now. I don't need any opinions, just interested buyers with cash in hand. Thanks!

thanks for the bumps and nice comments everyone.
i know! my friend was outbid on five different properties, all by overseas investors! hopefully we can find one suitable for us and our new future dog Voltron.
your gonna have to start looking a little east like out here in the inland empire...if it was me i would keep the car, sell them bbs wheels and get the $8000 first time home buyer credit and use it as your down payment...if you need more cash then just slang some more of them other wheels you got and add it to the down payment...prices are still low out here but forclosures are becoming extinct now that the housing market is rebounding...just a thought...!!!

thanks for the insight man. ya, the $8k gov't grant would probably be used as the down pmt (if we can find a place before the deadline), and the cash from this sale will go towards other things.
believe me, i really don't want to sell this car but i know this money will be much needed soon, and i have to start thinking about other things. time to move on i suppose
