I don't think the answers are too far off.

You just join, post no information about your car what so ever and are asking about launch control. You're probably a 16 year old with a hand-me-down Accord and are trying to race a friend's hand-me-down Maxima/Altima on all-seasons and think "launch control" is god's gift to man for street racing.

Want help? Post something informative yourself.

The real question is, why do you think you need launch control?? If your Accord is stock, or near it, then a little bit of practice is all you need to launch a car that barely has over 100 wtq. If you can't get the launch down, well, maybe driving isn't your thing.

You mentioned nothing about what mods your car has. If you were turbo, then I could understand possibly needing or wanting launch control. If that was the case, then the very first reply was your answer. Chipped ECU. Then again, if you were turbo, you'd probably already have that. Well, hopefully, at least.

And if your car has an automatic transmission, then well... I'd really like to know why you think you need launch control.

ummm google?? i took a stab at it and typed in honda launch control. By no means did i think i would find the answer i was looking for but to my shock there it was... all these websites about launch control... oh my...

and by the way 5 minutes later found where to find some online.... who would have thought what a little research would do

 

get a chipped and tuned ecu.....

p06 or p72, now before you do that... make sure you learn how to drive.... why would you need to 2step anyway???

dude... do some research before you post and if you post and get flamed dont get mad.... people here are just trying to help... you ask us a question and we give you answers..... read the answers and keep moving or dont post up here and just learn how to use google...

Lighten up guys...Instead of crushing him for not giving info about his setup (albeit stock or not) remember that we didn't know as much as we do now at one point or another.

To the OP, HT has tons of information available, but don't rule out all the other resources like Google or ASK.com. What the other members were trying to tell you was to do your homework. You also can't throw a temper tantrum because your feelings got hurt. That just adds to the criticism and makes you look like a 16 year old kid.

Next time give more info about what your looking for, and why to avoid getting flamed by the other members on the board.

2nd reply: His own 2 feet. (I was actually being quite serious, as there's really no need for launch control on a stock or near stock F22.)
3rd reply: Asked why he needs launch control.

OP replys with cuss words and anomosity. In multiple posts at that.

The answers are all in the thread, and some of us have even posted as to why we believe he does NOT need it. We asked multiple times what mods are on the car to try to better understand, yet he does not respond.

So really... Who is the one that needs to lighten up?
