Icon2 94 civic 2dr: right side front corner light won't work correctly

all the electrical in the car works...tail lights turn on and signals correctly....driver side corner and both head lights work correctly, but the right side will not turn on and will not flash....it use to turn on, but even though when it was on it wouldn't flash....replaced with brand new light bulbs....not sure which fuse goes to it...the only fuses I can locate are the head light low/high beam and the 40A fuse in the engine bay fuse box........need help with this please....I don't want to get a ticket
