vtec head swap???

Default vtec head swap???

is it worth it swap an f22 vtec head on my non vtec f22b2? What kind of power gains would i see?

Very little power gains... 5whp maybe... for a few hundred bucks and a day of work, not a very good bang for the buck.
Only reason to do it would be for fun, not for the power gains.

x2 waste of time & money. Unless you are looking for better fuel economy. The F22B1 SOHC, grocery gett'n, VTEC is not the same as the B or H series DOHC VTEC.
