Help Identify Plug Damage w/ Pics
so if you've read my other thread on valve adjustment questions, you will know that my car is running rough after doing a valve adjustment.
i checked compression again and found: 180, 165-170ish, 180, 180 (cyl: 4,3,2,1).
i inspected the plugs and found that plug 3 is seemingly damaged especially compared to the others. also, the plug wire rubber tips on cylinder 1 and 2 came off and i noticed some cracking on the plastic part. one of the tips was ripped up pretty good but still fits. are these still usable?? tell me what you think:

They dont look too bad if they have been in there for a good while. Number 3 looks like it might have a little oil leak because of the slight compression drop and the deposits on the plug. Change plugs and wires and see if that fixes the rough running.
the plugs have been in for about a year..
the rotor and seal were replaced a week ago (just prior to doing the adjustment and running into issues). i couldn't install the new cap because the ends were thicker than the old cap, and the screw was too short to fit. the old cap looked in pretty good condition though..is this a problem? maybe i will put the old rotor back on and check..
