Default i need some help with my 90 honda rex

ok so i replaced the fuel pump and filter and main relay on my car cause it was running shitty and dying and would very rarely start .
so i did all that and it ran perfect for about a week!
now while i do 40 or above my check engine light comes on and it starts bucking really hard front to back and will lose all power untill i shut it off and then it will run fine untill i get back up to speed

could this problem be my idle aircontrol valve ? yesterday i noticed one of the hoses going into the iacvalve has a really bad coolent leak , does my iacv need to have a certain amount or pressure to work right and that leak is messing everything up or could it just be bad ? i tried cleaning it already .

i also took my car in and had it tested they came up with no problem with fuel or anything

this car is my only way to work and back and now its running like **** and i have to get on i5 to get to work

what acould this problem be its real frustrating
