CEL ON. I found the jumper on the passenger side. It was inside a green type of holder piece along with another blue connector with three wires. I jumped over the two wire connector and the CEL blinked once and would not go off. How do I make it go off. Oh Ya, I fixed the problem that made it go off in the first place.

 

Unjump the 2P service connector and reset your ECU by removing the 7.5A Back Up fuse under the hood for a few minutes. When you drive the car, does the CEL still remain on?

There's only one 7.5A fuse under the hood. It's fuse #32.
