94-97 type r lip fittment issue

hey just recieved my type r lip today and wen i try to put it on one end side wouldnt fit on to the bumper its like its too short or something and its also polyurethane as well any help or sugestion on this?

Probably a ebay one. Just stick it in the sun for several hours then give it a go... Should stretch right out....

ok ill give that a try once the rain clears up hopefully its sunny tomorrow damn hurricane bill giving us all this rainy weather over here

or you could fill your bathtub with hot water and let it sit in there for a while.
