Default Type R cams or Skunk2 Stage 1 cams?

Setup:

1997 Integra GSR
Skunk2 Pro Intake Manifold
Greddy Headers
Highflow cat with 2.5" Exhaust
65mm Edlebrock TB
Stock bottom and head

I'm deciding to beef up my DD, but I can't decide which cams (type r or skunk2 stg 1) are the best bang for the buck. I'm hoping to hit betweeen 160whp to 180whp after a good tune. What do you guys suggest?

all else being equal the skunk1s are slightly larger and you can run them on the itr VT. basically you move your intake springs to the exhaust and buy itr intakes. the above deal on itr's is good though, unless you can get skunks for 300 or less i'd get those
