k i got some black housing depo lights on my 99 civic i can adjust them up and down easy but i cant get the other screw to turn which i guess makes it go side to side or such . anyone help have this problem. the lighting is like scattered all over the road too kinda annoying any help is appreciated

just replaced my depos couple of days ago, but the newer ones I have from carpart freaks have exact same design, the screw with the spring wrapped around it is the one that adjusts the angle.. is that what your talkig about?

 

what spring ? the one to adjust up and down i got adjusted but i need to adjust side to side
