ITR cams in b16a head

ITR cams in b16a head
hi all, so im picking up a ITR head tomorrow to transfer the camshafts, valve springs, intake mani and maybe the throttle body onto my b16 head, just woundering what valve lash specs should i use? the b16a spec or the ITR spec? and what are they?
also when i set the itr cams too top dead center will they really be at TDC like the b16 camshafts would be? maybe a stupid question but its bugging me! lol

bseries is usually 0.006 to 0.007 on intake
and .007 to .008 on exhaust
