ok so as we all know obviously i own an ef thats why im in this section so much. and we ALSO know if you have been chiming in on some of the other threads, i blew my SECOND motor about a month ago(give or take a few days) so i figured id show you some pictures from when i first started modding my car to its current state right now. hope ya enjoy! here goes:
here is from this past november before my car got stolen


and here is when i did my crx rear brake setup and put cross drilled/slotted rotors all the way around


then i also had the itr replicas put on(painted vx's but everyone thought they were hx's for some reason lol)


few weeks later i wasnt happy with the sound of my open header so i added a cherry bomb glass pac and a no name muffler which ended up sounding perfect(almost just a little bit too raspy in the 5-6.5k range)


THEN january came along(cold month i might add too) and my car got stolen, found it a week later stripped as fack. they took my spoon racing harness, ngr short hub attachment and old skool grant gt steering wheel, my nrg shift ****, my radio, 200 bucks worth of fireworks, my megan rear upper tie bar, my hid's, my battery(of all things why?!?! i still ask myself that) my intake, and a bunch of other stuff. what reall made me wonder was why they didnt take the rims, the rear conv setup, my lower neuspeed lower tie bar, or my blox lower controll arms or any of my other suspension stuff(:/) im assuming cause i have locks on each and every spindle all the way around my car. few weeks later after i got my car back, i left my ex girlfriends house(thank god i left her prostitute ***) i was 5 feet away from my house and blew the motor in my car.... yay.... so i pulled it

it sat like that for about 3 days untill i came across this sweet *** deal for a z6 motor(50 bucks complete long block)



after that, i rummaged through my garage/grave yard and found every part i needed to complete the motor and install it. but i kept on having to go to the junk yard for some stupid *** bolt,nut or tps sensor(ill get more in depth about this later) or throttle body. after i had everything assembled and dropped in i was still out a dizzy and as far as i knew, thats all i needed, so pi picked up an a6 dizzy from a friend brand new for 30 bucks(it had been sitting on his shelf since 03 untouched) but after a few days of facking around with the timing and dizzy, i came to find out i had my wiring wrong for the injectors, and my ecu wasnt seeing the ignition or the fuel. so i called my local performance shop and my friends over at secret services(no one has **** on them when it comes to fab work in the southern states) and they told me to drop off the car. so i did, and i waited a few days and called them to see what was up, the said what i originally assumed what was wrong and it was pretty self explanitor after that. so i went to my local vatozone, spoke with an old friend/co-worker i used to work with and ended up 5 fingering a dizzy for a 94 ex...SWEET! but i was still left with the problem that i needed to get a p28. picked one up, got a conversion harness from asaa racing(thanks damion!) and picked up the car from secret services a few days later.
while all this was going on i was(from time to time) working on my other motor to drop in, sold the old motor, painted the valve cover

and when everything was finally setup n ready to go, i droped the bottom end assembly in along with an si tranny i picked up from a friend for 30 bucks

it took me a week or so longer to figure what went where and tried tucking some of the rats nest of wires that were about the car at the same time. i ended up getting the car to run(but it was very shitty) for a while but it wouldnt get past 2.5k and kept on shuddering. come to find out, it was the dam tps sensor hitting up aginst that bracket that holds the fuel line going into the fuel filter. so i fixed that problem(thanks pick a part) and then it ran smooth. about 3 days later i burnt the **** out of my arm trying to put the ac fan n and remembered seeing some header wrap on sale at vatozone. i had always wanted to put some on my car but never had the money to.....another trip to the parts store, spoke with jimmy(my old friend/co-worker) and was back on my way home with the wrap, thanks jimmy. put the wrap on and it felt soooo much cooler inside the bay. i really noticed a difference with it on and off. as well as i felt a difference in mpg and responce.



around that same time i put new turn signals(my old ones were cracked) and the car rode great for a while, so i decided to just leave it like that. then memorial day was coming up and i was getting ready for a trip with my uncle back to minnesota, and it got canceled because my grand mother died that sunday(the day before memorial day) and it completely shut me down for a while. i didnt touch my car, i didnt go any where, nothing. i ended up mustering up enough mental stregnth to actually go on the trip with my uncle back to minnesota, which sucked really bad(HAVE MONEY AND A CAR IF YOU GO THERE! ITS SOOO BORING) and the mosquitoes are horrendous there.
any ways, i got back into town and figured id do something different to my car. i didnt like the way the exterior looked so i made a lip for it, painted the rims a different color and painted the center of my head lights amber yellow





so one week later on a wednesday night, i was driving home with a girl and decided to show off, well the fuzz didnt think it was cool, so i got pulled over at 3 a.m. and was cited for noise pollution(cop said he head me 7 blocks away, how i will never know) and i went to court and got it dismissed by putting a piece of pipe between the 2 pieces that had been cut. when i went to get it welded on, i realized how low i actually was riding and it kinda scared me but what ever





after that i rode around for about a month or 2 and got cited again for my head lights and not having a front licence plate so back to the judge with more pictars and another 10 dollar dismissal fee

so at this point i was so tired of getting stopped and ticketed and getting them dismissed, i just figured, hey, if i got pictures i can just leave the car at home and have a friend drive me there. so the head lights went back to the painted color, the licence plate went back on the passenger side dash and out and about i went.
untill about mid july after i got started sick and tired of the heat here in texas. and after reading a thread here about people in hot states/cities having a/c or not, i decided to put mine back on. that was fun. all my parts were dirty and needed to be cleaned, so i did just that. when the lines were connected back on, i realized both of the valves were out o i replaced them as well and pulled a vaccume and added freon. but it wasnt enough and i was having idling problems with the a/c on at a stop(car almost wanted to die)







(all parts were cleaned with dish soap:pamolive)
it wasnt recently untill about a month ago that my motor blew and i was pissed! dam, motor #2 DONE. stupid *** cam seal

and recently for the past few weeks ive been doing odd jobs such as mechanic work etc to collect cash to buy all these parts. not to mention the ones i already had in my garage. please note, all the machining was done free of charge by a good friend at faermann racing, enjoy:

finally people comment! lol i was starting to think no one had any interest in my info i am trying to share. hopefully i can get my hands on a crank and some bearings so my lower end assembly will be complete. then after that ill only need cams and ill have a complete long-block!

so i got both of the inner fenders primered, gotta take off the brake booster still and the wiper motor so i can do the firewall, i might just go head n do it all tomorrow, got a bike i have to go work on
