I honestly haven't had the chance to see the Kaminari. I believe that this would be my choice though. Kaminari has good products...just a little pricy though. It looks like it has everything I am looking for. Rolled edges, good quality with a nice finish. They even have the hood latch. Just hope they make it for the JDM Integra.

Depends on what your looking for...VIS has a great fitment and finish, but its hardly saving you any weight. On the other hand, there are a bunch of companies that make very light hoods but its up in the air as to whether it will fit ur car well.

Yup, and how come everyone only cares about quality and fitment. Peeps seldom talk about actual weight savings.

Most weight saved without fitment issues and gross defects should be the best hoods ... in my opinion, unless everyone's getting CF hood for cosmetics only. Then wht a waste of carbon fiber.

Not that makes a difference as far as performance goes but they are way lighter than stock. All the little things add up.

Nighthawk GS-R has a VIS hood and the fitment and quality are unsurpassed. Definatly look him up and get the details from him

For the JDM Hoods I would reccomend Spoon, pricey, but damn...you get what you pay for

I heard that Spoon doesn't roll their edges on the carbon fiber hood. Does anyone know if that is true??
