Default 1989 civic d15b1 tranny

Can anyone tell me what trannys will fit on these because i herd that d15b2 si trannys wont fit on it. and i was woundering if i could maybe use a z6 tranny?

any 89-91 CRX/Civic transmission will work - the 92 and up D-series transmissions have a hydraulic actuated clutch (instead of cable actuated) and different mounts - you could use one but you would need the hydraulic to cable conversion kit

z6 tranny can be a better option dear.why dont you try it once....
