Default 1990 LS gears in my 1993 GSR gearbox

I know that the 90-91 b-series cable trans have small input shaft.
I know that the 92+ b-series trans (92-93 cable and 94+ hydro) have the large input shaft

But are the gears interchangeable?

I want to put gears 1-5 from the small input shaft 1990 LS trans into a large input shaft 1993 GSR cable trans. I will not be swapping main shafts and countershafts and crap. Just gears.

Anyone know for sure?

Nope. 90-91 gears have a smaller ID and thus use a smaller collar that won't fit on the 92+ mainshaft.
